We only had one night, unfortunately, but highly recommend the place. We were warmly welcomed and given information about the area and suggestions for visits. It was impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed. The private bathroom is worth noting, as it's not directly accessible from the room.

The room was spacious and clean, and the welcome warm and friendly. The B&B is near the old town. The one downside is that the private bathroom is beside the bedroom. Dog lovers will be pleased to know there's a small dog often running around the garden.

There's daily cleaning, parking under the house, and a helpful, friendly host on site. The villa has a well-kept garden with places to relax, and a quiet area for walks. Inside, the vintage-style furnishings are tasteful. The spacious rooms have clean, high-quality cotton linens, and each has a private bathroom next door, with soft towels. The charming, well-organized kitchenette with fridge and freezer is next to the living area, a nice spot to read and relax. That's the only drawback if you have special needs.

It's welcoming, comfortable, and clean, in a quiet, fairly central spot. The fortress is an easy walk away.
