The owner was very kind and attentive, and the place was clean and well located. The studio works for a couple, though I doubt it would suit a family of four as well, even with the fair price. My main complaint was the sofa bed: its sagging springs left a hump in the middle, making it extremely uncomfortable. I nearly chose one of the wall beds instead. Still, it was a great experience overall.

The walks were perhaps the one good part of our stay. The studio was a letdown, with a kitchen stove that didn't work properly. We also got no small welcome gift, which I feel should be provided when tourists arrive at an apartment. My partner and I expected much more. The manager didn't show up either when we arrived or when we left, which didn't seem very professional. I wouldn't go back.

For a short stay, the small studio was fine, even though we knew it was meant for two adults and two children. We stayed one night. The location and price were good, and the owner was flexible about checkout. They also accept small pets. Cleanliness was so-so, and the TV wasn't working. We called later and they replaced it with another one from the apartment. All in all, a positive experience.

The ski slope and children's bobsled run are lovely, and the place has a beautiful view. But the apartment was too small for two adults and two children, and cleanliness fell short: there was a dead insect in the coffee cup and the stovetop was greasy and stained. The owner left us without toilet paper, a big oversight in my view. Groceries and drinks at the bar are expensive too. We often visit Trentino and spend much less. You can make the trip there and back in a day from Milan.
