Hotel Paradiso Terme Resort & Spa

Getting to the bus stop on foot was easy, and the free shuttle came in handy too. We spent two lovely weeks at Paradiso Terme. The owners and staff were warm and helpful, and we liked the pools and our room. The food was good as well. My only small wish is that some items at the antipasti buffet had been served hot. Otherwise, no complaints. I recommend it!

A nice place to stay, and I’d recommend it. The rooms feel a bit dated, though, and the pools could use some refreshing.

We’ve already booked our third stay at Paradiso for 2026. That probably says how much we enjoyed coming back. This time we chose bed and breakfast instead of half board so we could spend more time trying the island’s many restaurants and enjoying the atmosphere in different places. Our room was a short walk from the main hotel, which gave us some peaceful, quiet moments. The housekeeper was fantastic too, and the room always looked and smelled lovely when we returned. We’ve never had any trouble with the staff, they’re always ready to help. The warm pools are especially lovely. As soon as you get into the thermal water, it feels like your worries drift off. A few deep breaths and I start to feel calm and relaxed. Ischia is a wonderful island to explore, and the shuttle is handy, as are the buses at the end of the drive. We work hard and really needed somewhere to unwind before the next part of the year. Thanks for making our holiday such a good one.

We travel a lot, and this place just wasn’t for us. I’m sorry, but our stay wasn’t great, even if others may have had a better experience. There was a note in the room saying outside food would incur a 30 euro waste fee. I’ve never come across that at the hotels or other places I’ve visited. It felt like they wanted guests to buy their own products. I expected much better service. The exterior is really nice, but the rooms need more upkeep.
