The views from the hotel and our room were beautiful, easily one of the best parts of the stay. Everything was spotlessly clean, which I really appreciated, and the staff were generally friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable and had what I needed, though it was nothing fancy, and the bathroom looked a bit old-fashioned but worked perfectly well. There was one funny moment when I asked about the restaurant and they honestly suggested I eat somewhere else because the food was better there. It’s a nice, clean place for a few relaxing days, especially if you enjoy the views.

We liked the location and breakfast during our three-night stay, but the place needs major renovations. The rooms are small and very bare, and the beds are hard as rocks.

The whole floor smelled of mold from the sauna, and the room was old, moldy and poorly maintained. There were holes in the sheets, and water leaked from the bathroom all night. I asked to change rooms, but the request was ignored until the next day. I don’t know how this place got its “4-star” rating. Would not recommend.

Not a great stay. It felt far from everything, and while some rooms were OK, the standard rooms were really bad. An upgrade costs 20 € per person, and the place was expensive for the general standard. Calling it 4 stars is a bad joke.

The hotel may be underrated, and I think a lot of the reviews are out of date. We had a very good stay. The staff were welcoming and helpful, our room was clean and had what we needed, including a fridge, a sejf and cosmetics, and the beds were very comfortable. There are indoor and outdoor pools, plus a jacuzzi with a fantastic sea view. Most rooms have balconies with gorgeous sea views, and we got to see a beautiful sunset. The hotel is quite far from everything, but the views make up for it. A free shuttle to Forio runs every 30 minutes, and the public bus stop is only a few metres away, with buses to Ischia Porto or San'Angelo.
