The owners really care about their guests and go out of their way to help. We loved our time here and would highly recommend it. It’s a gorgeous family-run hotel tucked into the hills, with mountains behind and sea views in front. A shuttle takes guests down to the sea, and the regular Iscian bus stop is just three minutes away. The pool sits in the hotel garden, where homegrown tomatoes, plums and figs are served with breakfast alongside homemade jams and cakes.

I love this hotel. It’s super clean, with beautiful surroundings, and the food is amazing. This was my second visit and I loved it again. They also have a lovely swimming pool, and it’s a family business with a great family. Most guests come back, which tells you everything. I’ll be back!!

A charming boutique hotel with gorgeous views over the hills and sea, tucked away from the busy seaside. Leaving was a huge disappointment, though: they added the city tax, which they’d completely “forgotten” to mention when we arrived. If we’d booked through the usual booking site on arrival instead of letting them keep the commission, we’d have paid less. Lesson learned: maybe it’s better to book through agencies instead of being nice to the hotel. The hotel earns less, and the guest pays less.

The hotel itself is beautiful, with lovely surroundings and a small vineyard. It’s about 15 minutes from the beach, but there’s a free shuttle. The staff don’t speak English very well, so come ready with a bit of basic Italian.

The balcony view was lovely, and the rooms were kept neat with housekeeping every day. There’s a bus to the beach daily, and the stop is just two minutes away, though the hotel itself is up a hill. Breakfast got repetitive, with the same limited options each day and bread that didn’t seem very fresh. One tip for the hotel: please check your Google Maps pin, as we had trouble finding the place.
