After being away from the island for a few years, I came back with my family for a few days and we stayed at Villa Drina. It was a fantastic visit. The villa manager was happy to help with all our requests, and the place itself has so much going for it: a quiet spot very close to the sea, a rooftop with breathtaking views, a lovely garden, and a wonderful swimming pool. There’s attention to every detail.
We had a lovely aperitif on the terrace while looking out toward Ventotene. The room was charmingly furnished and looked over the pool, which was a real gem. All the rooms are spacious, clean, nicely finished, and well cared for. Villa Drina is right next to the Mortella Gardens, where the jasmine scent and beautiful flower hedges greeted us as we arrived. The owners welcomed us warmly, and we felt at ease straight away. We hope to come back soon.
We felt at home thanks to Giulia and Nunzio, with Francesca there to help too. The bed was super comfortable, everything was very clean, and breakfast came with homemade cakes and jams. This Ischian-style villa is gorgeous and meticulously maintained, with a pool, a sea view, and lush gardens around it. The entrance to La Mortella is just a few steps away. It exceeded our expectations. Thank you, we’ll be back!
The jams are the star, and the hosts are such special people. Villa Drina sits among the lush greenery of Zaro and is impeccably clean. Coming back from the beach and watching the sunset there made the perfect end to the day. The cicadas are keeping me company as I write this. Happy holidays to you too!
The owners were very kind, and breakfast was super abundant. The room was large, the place clean, and there’s a mini pool and garden with loungers. Affordable too. Five stars well deserved.
