Villa Neptunus

Dinner at Villa Neptunus turned out to be well worth staying in for one evening. Every dish was carefully prepared with quality ingredients and local flavors, and it made the trip feel even more special. We were there from June 4th to 9th. The setting was enchanting, with a breathtaking view, and our spacious room was spotless, tastefully furnished, and kept in excellent shape. It felt comfortable and relaxing from the start. The staff were kind, professional, and always ready to help. They welcomed us with a smile and shared lots of useful tips about places to see, beaches, and things to do on the island. We’ll always remember this stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for an elegant, welcoming place with a special atmosphere in Ischia. A heartfelt thank you to the Villa Neptunus team. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and quick to respond, and they sorted out a minor hot water issue across all the rooms at the start of our stay quickly and professionally. Parking was available too, which is a real plus on the island. Some rooms have spectacular views of the Ischia landscape, and the rooms themselves are lovely, comfortable, and nicely decorated. There are small pools with sun loungers, great for relaxing with children, and the generous buffet breakfast has plenty of variety. The hotel is also well placed near Baia di Sorgeto, Baia della Pelara, and several beaches. We had a fantastic family stay. I’d highly recommend it for a family visit to Ischia.

I haven’t stayed there, but I’ve been trying to call for information and reservations for three days and still can’t get through. They never answer. There are so many hotels in Ischia, and this lack of response makes it seem like this hotel doesn’t want customers. I find myself leaving a terrible review without having even been there.

The guitar serenade at sunset made for such a special atmosphere, warm and relaxing, and one we won't forget. There was even dancing at the end of the evening, which was a wonderful experience for us 🤩. The staff were kind and attentive to what guests needed, and the chef was excellent. The food was delicious and varied, and we could even ask for more. The family running the Villa were very hospitable and focused on their guests.
