We had to leave early, but the staff thoughtfully prepared breakfast for us to take along. They were caring, attentive, and really went the extra mile. Everything was taken care of, and they truly think of everything. The location is excellent, the service outstanding, and our stay was wonderful. Great value for money, highly recommended!

The rooms were clean and tidy, and the staff were the friendliest. It's a gem tucked among the houses of Forte dei Marmi, with the best breakfast in Italy, and we travel a lot. Worth visiting!

Our meal at their Restaurant was truly exceptional, and the food was great and so delicious. The attentive, courteous staff catered to every need and made our stay as comfortable as possible. Hotel Bijou was an amazing experience, with everything at top standard. Its classic design and great amenities made it calming and enjoyable. A truly must-visit destination. Highly recommended!

The hotel sits in a peaceful spot, yet the center is close by. Service was incredible, and everyone was friendly and ready to help. The atmosphere was really nice too. The room could use an update, but I had a great stay overall.

2/10
For a hotel calling itself four star, the bedding was disappointing, with IKEA pillows. The bathroom smelled old and had awful lighting, and housekeeping left hair behind and didn’t even provide fresh toilet paper for the second day. Renting a bike costs 10 euros a day, which would have been a nice free perk for guests. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. It’s overpriced.
