Una Hotels Forte Dei Marmi

The reception team deserves a special mention. They were friendly and quick to help, and Mr. Andrey gave me all the information I needed at 6 a.m. with a beaming smile. Thank you to the hotel for the warm welcome, lovely atmosphere, cleanliness, and excellent service. I'll definitely be back.

We loved our second stay at unanhotels. The hotel is close to the highway, breakfast was amazing, and the staff were super friendly. Our room had been nicely redecorated, though it was a bit small. Free bikes are offered, and the beach is just a ten-minute ride away. Forte dei Marni is also about ten minutes by bike.

The pool was lovely to swim in, cleaned every day, and staff were nearby if we needed anything. Our rooms were clean and a good size, the beds were comfortable, and the climate control was exceptional. Breakfast was lovely each day too. On arrival, the outside looked tired and didn't make much of an impression, but the smooth check-in and friendly staff speaking Italian and English soon changed how we felt. The restaurant was good, though a little pretentious and pricey. We had a wonderful surprise of a stay on the Tuscan coast, surrounded by so much marble. The restaurant crew were great and nothing was too much trouble, which is saying something for Italy 😉 We hope to come back.

The mountain view was beautiful, and it's only a short bike ride down to the ocean. Bike rental is included, which is a plus. We really enjoyed the pool area, where you can lounge, swim, or play tennis, and the staff gave great service. We especially loved the pool guy and lifeguard :) Breakfast and the bar were amazing. Thanks for a lovely stay!
