We paid 56 euros and never even saw the room. Check-in stops at 8 pm, and when we were delayed, we got a blunt message saying there'd be no access and we should find somewhere else. There was no refund either. Places usually have a key box, someone who can let you in, or at least try to sort something out. This felt completely absurd for somewhere renting rooms for the night, and booking should not accept this kind of behavior. I'd avoid it.

The host was warm and friendly, and the rooms have lovely views from their spot in the town center. The building is beautifully kept and furnished with real taste. You do enter from the roadside, which is a shame, but once you're inside you don't notice it.

The room was quiet and comfortable, with a lovely river view, and it was clean and cozy. The owner welcomed us kindly and shared tips about what to see and do. We only had a single night here, and had to leave early, so we didn't get the chance to say goodbye or thank them. Fossombrone and the area around it deserve a longer stay.

We came for Trionfo del Carnevale, Fossombrone's main festival, with its parade of period costumes, Palio, games, and street performances. The place was clean and really beautiful, right in the center, and the view from the bedroom window is stunning. The price was much fairer than I expected. Highly recommend it.

That river view over the Metauro is the finishing touch here. The multi-level house has been recently renovated, with artistic and design details throughout. Samuele, the owner, is really friendly and easy to talk to. It would suit a romantic stay, and makes a great base for exploring the beautiful surrounding area.
