Chalet le Alpi

The food was excellent, with a generous, varied breakfast and good quality products. They were attentive to special requests, too, and the value was great. The welcoming staff were helpful and had useful tips about the slopes, schedules, and local amenities. Chalet Le Alpi is a warm, well-kept place with a real mountain chalet feel. Our room was cozy, quiet, and well organized, with all the comforts we needed to relax after skiing, and everything was impeccably clean. An ideal base for enjoying Prato Nevoso. I'd happily come back with family, as a couple, or in a group.

The hotel's real strength is its location, just steps from the slopes, and the friendliness makes it feel like home. Still, the quality of the place itself was disappointing, and breakfast and dinner were extremely poor. We were there with friends on an organized short holiday, with breakfast and dinner included. The common areas felt off, and the room was truly awful, even by the standards of a 3-star hotel. We realized pretty quickly that we'd made the wrong choice. I'm sharing this in the hope it helps the hotel improve.

The slopes are so close that you can almost ski straight out of the hotel. We had a family holiday and booked full board with a special food option, which was delicious and plentiful. There's a children's menu as well, and the bar cocktails were superb. Staff were friendly and always available. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back.

Francesco at the bar was the real highlight of our stay. He was attentive, friendly, and knew his drinks inside out, recommending just the right ones for our tastes. Watching him make them was a spectacle, and his Negroni was the best I've ever had. We felt thoroughly pampered and will definitely return for him and those cocktails. The place itself is beautiful, with a fantastic atmosphere and top staff. Congratulations!
