A beautiful place to live.

The apartment worked well for two people, with a nice view, parking, and an elevator. Mr. Lombardo was kind and very attentive. It did need more cleaning, though: the oven was full of grease, and there was hair in the bathroom from the last guest. The kitchen filter was quite worn and could probably do with being replaced too.

We loved having dinner on the balcony, looking out at the nearby sea while the sound of the waves carried through the evening. The balcony view is lovely, and the apartment is spacious and bright, with two very efficient air conditioners. It’s a residential complex directly by the sea, with comfortable parking and well-furnished, clean apartments. Access to the beach is easy and only a few minutes away. There are several exits from the building, each with a code-operated gate. The owner was extremely courteous, professional, and always available to help. A relaxing, peaceful holiday spot, highly recommended. We’ll definitely be back next year!

The location is the best part: step outside and you’re straight on the beach. The place is clean and well maintained, and the apartments are spacious, with bright rooms and kitchens, although the kitchen itself isn’t very large. Parking is paid, and it would’ve been better to have free spaces for guests. There’s also the option of purchasing an apartment.
