Such a cozy spot, with a wonderful sea view! The owner is kind and really attentive. The price was good, and the service was even better. I highly recommend it!

The quiet made it easy to rest, and even if we wanted to laugh and chat late in the evening, we wouldn't risk disturbing the neighbors. The beautiful garden around the villa was a lovely place to spend time. Some rooms face the sea, where the evening colors are so peaceful and make you appreciate the world around you. It's a fairytale villa, and the owner is incredibly kind, helpful, and good with people. Excellent value for money.

We rented all of Villa Peppe for 15 days in August as a group of nine. Ezio was very kind and helpful, and Bernardo, the dog, was gentle and cuddly. The children had no problem with him. The villa has lots of space and a wonderful sea view, so it could be fantastic. Unfortunately, it was neglected and dirty. The old-fashioned furniture might have been fine, but much of it was poorly maintained, broken or not working properly, and dirty. Kitchen supplies were in bad shape too: chipped, mismatched plates, scratched pots and pans, and not enough for nine people. There was mold on the kitchen fridge seal, as the photo shows. It clearly hadn't appeared during our two-week stay, and likely had been there before several earlier guests too. The upstairs bathrooms were dirty and heavily scaled, with stained, sticky tiles. In one bathroom, the shower barely trickled, making it almost impossible to wash, and the showerhead was moldy. There was broken equipment on the terrace and in the laundry room. Leftover items from previous guests, including toothbrushes, toothpaste, and e-cigarettes, had been kept instead of thrown out. All this made a space with real potential feel shabby and stale. It might work as a base for one night, but not as a long-term holiday rental. The earlier comments calling it “splendid” or “wonderful” left us speechless. We're sorry to write such a review, but hope it gives Mr. Ezio a starting point for improvements.
