We had a great time cooking in the excellent industrial kitchen. The villa was beautiful and well cared for, with stunning nature all around it, up in the hills of the volcano Etna. Francavilla di Sicilia, the nearby town, was charming, and its local culture has been preserved. The owner also took us on an excursion around the area and to a local winery.

Carmelo had some really good ideas for places to visit, and the villa itself was fabulous. I loved the setting and had a wonderful week there. I’d definitely come back someday.

We stayed there in 2023. The house was beautiful, and the scenery around the villa was just as spectacular.

Everything we needed was available at this villa, and the location was beautiful.

After I called, I was told someone would get back to me, but nobody did. I tried calling several more times and got hung up on without even an apology. That kind of treatment is hard to accept. Customers are what keep a business going, though apparently you don’t need them as much as we need your service. We won’t be using it anymore. We’re in the area often, so along with this well-earned negative review, we’ll be telling people about our experience too. Thanks for the fast reply, the kindness, the kindness again, the helpfulness, and all the rest. What a horrible mess!
