Good food, nice place, and a good price.

We tried both the suite and the standard rooms, and had a wonderful time. They’re beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean, with a real sense of comfort. The owners were exceptionally courteous and helpful. The location is just opposite Giacomo Matteotti's house museum, a short walk from Villa Badoera, Villa Avezzù, the town center, and its restaurants. The toll booth is only a few kilometers away too.

The owner was very kind and helpful, and manages both properties. Breakfast is served at the other one, a couple of kilometers away by a gas station. It was varied and excellent, with delicious coffee. We’d definitely come back. We were two people in Suite 101 for one night. The recently renovated place is in a charming, quiet side street in Fratta Polesine, steps from Villa Badoer and across from Giacomo Matteotti's house. The room and bathroom were meticulously clean, and the bed was good. The mineral water and sweet treat left on the bedside tables were a nice touch. A kettle would have been useful. Highly recommended.

The owners were friendly, very kind, and helpful. They even contacted the company office after I left my charger in the room, which not many people would do. The room was a pleasant surprise: cool in August, cozy, tastefully furnished, very clean, and recently renovated. It’s in a very quiet area. I’d add a fridge and maybe another electrical outlet by the bed.
