Villa Jolanda

We stayed at the beginning of June 2025. The location is quiet at the edge of town, and the large garden and nice pool have sun loungers. Our ground-floor apartment was fine for the most part, and the first floor was empty. The landlord was friendly and quick to respond. There was basic kitchen equipment, a large dining table indoors, and a table and chairs outside. Fresh towels were available on request after a week. Fratterosa, 2 km away, has a grocery store, butcher, bakery, and four good restaurants. The sea is a 30-minute drive. There was a moka pot, but no coffee maker. There were quite a few issues inside. The beds sagged and creaked, with old metal slatted bases and springs. There were no mosquito nets on the windows, the pans and baking tray need replacing, and the oven seemed to need cleaning before use, so we didn't use it. We found ants in the living and dining room and lots of cobwebs. It seemed only superficially cleaned before we arrived. The sofa was worn, and there was hardly enough space for four people. An outdoor washing machine was available, but its detergent dispenser was filthy. Sadly, only 3.5 stars because of the really bad beds and missing mosquito nets.
