Locanda Le Querce

We paid in full through Airbnb for what was listed as an entire six-bedroom house. When we got there, we were put in three rooms of much lower quality that weren’t shown in the listing. The place bore little meaningful resemblance to the description or photos, and the hosts refused a refund when we raised it. It was deeply disappointing and felt deliberately misleading. The appealing visuals seem designed to draw people in, but the reality was far from what was promised. Be very careful booking here. I can’t recommend it and would advise others to avoid it.

After a long journey, we arrived to find that another group had been given the villa we’d booked and paid for in advance. The way it was handled was shockingly unprofessional. The woman managing the booking was rude and dismissive, and didn’t offer a real solution. Our experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. Be very cautious if you’re thinking of staying here.

The rooms we were given looked nothing like the listing and were much lower quality than the attractive photos and description had led us to expect. We booked through Airbnb expecting a comfortable stay, but it quickly became clear that the accommodation didn’t match what was advertised. It felt like the listing had been put together to mislead guests. When we raised our concerns, the hosts wouldn’t cooperate or offer any compensation or refund. The whole stay was frustrating and deeply disappointing. I can’t recommend it. Be cautious and look elsewhere if you want to avoid the same experience.

The location and pool are lovely, and the owners who live there are a nice older couple. The problem was the agency handling the villa. They gave our pre-booked house to another family, then tried to cover the mistake by offering us rooms in a completely different compound that doesn’t even appear in the photos. The booking manager was rude and unprofessional. I’d be very cautious about staying here. We’d paid, but could have arrived in the middle of the night to find there was no space for us.
