This is a well-kept B&B, not a hotel, which is what I mistakenly thought when booking. The room is very basic, but the bed and bathroom were clean. Breakfast is typically Italian, with a croissant, pieces of cake, sweets, and coffee. It’s easy to get to the center, with restaurants nearby.

Amazing. The best and most beautiful hotels in Frosinone, with a unique location.

Sara’s hospitality is what made this stay feel so special. She was always smiling, kind, and ready to help, and her tips for local places to visit and eat were great. We felt right at home from her warm welcome. Il Roseto B&B is charming, clean, and well located. Breakfast was fresh and delicious each morning, and the garden was a lovely place to relax. I had an amazing stay and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Say hi to Sara, she’s simply the best.

The room was clean and pleasant, and the people were friendly. The welcome was warm, and the price and quality were just right. A few signs on the street would help, as it wasn’t easy to find.

TERRIFYING! I don’t agree with prepayment, and we ended up in a hole with cheap, roughly made furniture. The plastic flowers should be removed. Everything was poor, including the room cleaning, and the sheets weren’t fresh. This “B&B” is completely unprofessional. The host’s behavior was unacceptable, and the lady was objectively rude and intolerable.
