I’ve spent several vacations here over the past few years and really love the place. It’s a little remote, but still close to the region’s attractions, about 20 minutes from Verona and 25 from Lake Garda, with plenty of other great destinations nearby. Just be sure to have your own transport. The apartment has everything you need to relax, including air conditioning, which isn’t standard in Italy, and fast, reliable internet. It’s clean and well equipped for cooking, and the caring owner is there to help if needed. The terrace has a terrific view of the mountains and vine fields. It’s also a safe spot off the beaten path in the typical countryside of the Valpolicella region. I can strongly recommend it. For the rates, it’s outstanding value.

A pleasant rural spot with very friendly owners. The kitchen has modest equipment, but it was enough for us. WiFi works well in the kitchen, though it’s weak or unavailable in the bedrooms. Django, the dog, is happy to have guests, but his barking sometimes wakes us at night. There are other local animals around too, including lizards, flying beetles, and even hornets.

Chiara, the owner, is friendly, and the apartment is clean. It’s a very secluded place surrounded by nature, which suits people who like that sort of setting. In the evening, the landscape and sky are beautiful.
