Amalfi Coast Sant'Elia

The anniversary surprise was so thoughtful: our room looked gorgeous, and there was prosecco and a “Happy Anniversary” cake waiting when we arrived. During our several days at Furore Grande Hotel, everyone from reception and the wait staff to the drivers made us feel spoiled and at home. They remembered the small things about us, too. I've never had better service or stayed in a better hotel. Plenty of luxury hotels promise this sort of attention, but Furore Grande Hotel really delivered. I can't wait to come back.

From the welcome drink through checkout, I felt completely at home. The two world class restaurants, wellness facilities, fun activities and the view of the Amalfi Coast from the room all stood out. The hotel is stunning, with care in every detail, and the staff are passionate about helping guests. My stay raised my expectations for what a five star property can be. I can't thank the team enough. Worth the drive to the Amalfi Coast, and a must visit!

The pests made it hard to fully enjoy our stay. Wasps went after our food at the restaurant, to the point that we had to leave, and ants got into our room. The staff tried to help, but this seems like a broader problem the hotel will need to address. The little black marks in the picture are all dead ants. The hotel itself was luxurious, with excellent breakfasts, pools and an amazing team.

The food was delicious, and the staff were excellent. It's one of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed in, and it smells amazing. There's also a shuttle service available.
