Really good hotel.

My room looked out to the sea from its balcony, and breakfast was good. The hotel has a nice breakfast room and restaurant, and you can grab a beer there at a reasonable price and sit outside. There is some parking, though spaces are tight, and the spa costs extra, as it does around here. The building is modern and in good shape. It's in Catollica, a lovely seaside town not far from the Misano race circuit in Italy. The Marco Simoncelli family owns the hotel, and there are some very cool photos of him on the walls.

The Atlantic has a spa with a sauna, Turkish bath, hydromassage pool, and mezzanine tea area, all arranged thoughtfully and kept well organized. The food was another highlight: breakfast was a generous buffet, while dinner included buffet appetizers and first and second courses served at the table. Everything was delicious and nicely presented, and the staff serving it were friendly and attentive. What makes a stay here feel special is the atmosphere and the fact that it's Marco Simoncelli's hotel. The staff were cheerful, kind, and always ready with a joke. The owner even drove us personally to the designated parking area and brought us back, a really considerate gesture. Everyone had a smile and made us feel at home and looked after from beginning to end. The Atlantic brings together comfort, warm hospitality, and a moving history. Highly recommended. Matteo and Lisa.
