The other staff were very good, and our room and the shared areas were really clean. But the WiFi in room 307 didn’t work for five of our six days. Things like that happen, but the owner or manager told us to use our own roaming, which felt quite rude and dismissive. We eventually ran out of data. I needed to work and my son needed to do homework. I’d have given the hotel five stars if not for that. Its identity also feels a little confused. They should focus on a generous breakfast and drop lunch.

8/10
The room was spacious, with a particularly large bathroom that was accessible and well maintained. It had a walk-in shower with a seat and grab bar, a toilet with a hand shower and grab bar, plus a bidet and sink for disabled guests. We could leave the car in the hotel garage, which was included in the room rate, and didn’t need to move it until we left. I had a wonderful stay at My Hotel in Gabicce Mare. Even when I booked by phone, the owner, Marilena, was extremely kind and helpful and made me feel welcome right away. The warm reception, attention to guests’ needs, and good organization made the whole visit pleasant and worry-free.

I spent a weekend here on a motorcycle holiday. The hotel was lovely, tidy, and clean, and the service was excellent. The owner was very friendly and happy to help with anything her guests needed. I highly recommend it.
