B&B L'Ambasciata

The breakfast on the lovely terrace was excellent, and the whole place felt family-friendly and was impeccably clean. Irene, the owner, was full of energy and kindness, and available around the clock. It’s right in Gaeta’s old medieval center, near the castle and shops, about a 5-10 minute walk. The owner also provides the permits for the restricted traffic zone. We had a wonderful stay and would come back if we get the chance.

Irene was such a lovely, welcoming host and paid attention to every need, even offering tips on beaches and restaurants. I spent one night at this fabulous B&B in the medieval village of Gaeta, near the Aragonese Castle and within easy walking distance of the center. The room was very spacious, elegant, and extremely clean. I’d suggest the deluxe room or suite. Breakfast was generous, with good quality baked goods, and was served in the room on a bed tray. It’s usually on the charming panoramic terrace instead. Highly recommended!

The rooms are lovely and clean, and there’s a beautiful panoramic view from the terrace. From this excellent spot at the foot of the Angevin Castle, it’s only a few minutes on foot to the seafront through Gaeta’s old medieval village. The rooms do have quite a lot of humidity, but I still recommend the place.

A really nice place, and the owner was helpful. Check-in has some issues that need sorting out soon, and the bathroom door is very hard to close. Our room was a little dark, though the terrace makes up for it. Great value for the price.
