A peaceful oasis with a sea view, close to both the beaches and town center. The place is enchanting, and the owners were very helpful, present when needed but discreet. Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday.

We spent three wonderful days here with my family, and I'd love to return to this relaxing place soon. The hillside setting means you don't have to worry about the heat, and the views from the apartments are breathtaking. Everything was very well organized, and the owners were helpful while still giving us privacy. The apartment had everything we needed and was convenient for the beach as well as trips around the area.

The apartment was new, clean, tidy, and had everything we needed. We could use the terrace and pool for free, and the splendid sea and sky view made us want to stay at the beach. Its location was ideal for visiting Gaeta, Sperlonga, and the Montagna Spaccata. The courtesy and customer service were superb. Why look elsewhere when you can have a perfect stay?

The drive up is the one tricky part: the private road to Villa Maria is narrow and steep, so getting there by car takes care. But once through the gate, the views make it worth it. We live on the plains and aren't used to scenery like that. The garden and outdoor areas are beautifully kept, and inside the apartment feels welcoming and carefully looked after, with the owner's personal touch. The owners were very kind and helpful.
