Brolio Agriroom

Everything else was good, including the friendly host and the location near one of the best Winery. But I came looking for a quiet place, and a birthday party went on through the night. It was so noisy that I couldn't sleep, and the guests didn't seem to care about the time or volume. I understand celebrating, but we went downstairs and asked them to turn it down, and nothing changed. I hope the hotel will consider the other guests and why people choose this location, for the atmosphere and beautiful scenery.

We were left without anywhere to have dinner when the restaurant closed for a private event one night, and nobody had warned us. That's unacceptable in such a remote area. The woman who greeted us was extremely rude and unwelcoming, and the service felt disrespectful and poor throughout. The stay was nothing like what was advertised or what we booked, and felt like a scam. The promised wine tasting was supposedly included in our reservation, but we couldn't do it. Nobody explained why, offered another time, or responded to us. They also give the impression you're staying at the castle, but the castle has nothing to do with the hotel. The whole experience was frustrating from start to finish, and I'd strongly advise people to stay away.

This place is everything I pictured Tuscany being. Omg, I want to keep it all to myself. Thank you!

I've travelled around the area quite a bit over the years, and this is my favourite place. The rooms are beautiful, the staff are friendly, and the whole experience was fantastic. Can't wait to come back.
