Monica was a wonderful host and an amazing chef. The place was spotless, bright, airy, safe, and welcoming, with everything you’d want in a boutique B&B. What a special place to land in Gaiole. Thanks so much, Monica, for a wonderful stay!

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and Monica made our trip to Italy amazing. Her breakfasts were amazing too. She speaks very good English and gave us great tips for wineries and places to eat. We also loved the cooking class. Her hands-on teaching was great, and we learned to make Florentine steak, Ravioli, Tuscan grilled veggies, and a chocolate cake all from scratch. Highly recommend!

We found this B&B during our bike trip on the white roads of Tuscany, and it was the best place we could have hoped for. Monica is really kind, the hospitality and breakfast were great, and she made our stay feel really good.

The people were lovely, and breakfast was very good. I could keep my bicycle in a locked garage, which was a plus. The lady of the house speaks English very well.
