It’s a cool village, with a playground and a good pizza place right next to it. There’s lots of good hiking nearby that works for kids, under 12 km, including Gönneralm, Haidacher alm, and the earth pyramids. The accommodation was warm, clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our family and two small energetic kids. It really is a farm. The owner runs it singlehandedly, and though he’s tough as nails, he’s very friendly and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I bet he has some good stories, too.

We had a good holiday, and the hosts were helpful and kind. The building and ground-floor apartment were nice, spacious, and OK overall. The mattresses and kitchen utensils and accessories definitely need improvement.
