Palazzo Baffa

The building has a lot of potential, with a truly spacious garden and a charming historic feel. It was quiet inside despite the busy road, and overall our stay wasn’t bad. The owners were kind and welcoming, and the staff genuinely helpful. The location is excellent, just a few steps from the center. Still, I hope the place is maintained better: the rooms need updating, there were damp walls, a dirty fridge, ants in the bathroom, and a duvet stained with...organic material. This morning I also found a hair in the hot water for my tea, which disappointed me. I didn’t take any "prominent" photos after just one night, and didn’t feel the need to judge four hotels. I’ll leave that to others. I mean this review as encouragement to address these flaws. Good luck!

Mrs. Patty was kind and happy to answer all our questions. I stayed with my children, who fell in love with her, and I felt at home there. The B&B is in Galatina’s historic center, in a building that keeps the features of its early 1900s origins. Breakfast isn’t available right now because the place has just been taken over, but they explained that it will be next year. There is a coffee corner in the meantime. I’d give it a 10, and we’ll definitely see you next time. Thank you for everything.

A lovely garden is where they serve breakfast, and the owners are very kind and welcoming. This B&B has period architecture and rooms, is very well kept, and the cleanliness is more than adequate. I’ll certainly stay here again when I’m passing through Galatina.

The receptionist was warm and attentive, and the yellow ketchup was good. The garden could use a little makeover, though it’s fine as it is. Prices on the pizzeria menu are a bit above average, even with the gourmet pizzas, but honestly the food is all good. The fries and other fried items arrived hot and crispy, and the "47 morto che parla" pizza was really tasty. Compliments to the pizza chef. Recommended.
