Jet Hotel, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western

The breakfast was much better than at many hotels that call themselves four-star. The rooms were clean, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The building, though, is very worn out and definitely needs renovation.

The Jet Hotel feels a bit dated, but its location near the airport is convenient. I’d strongly recommend booking the shuttle through the hotel because Uber and taxis cost more. Without a car there isn’t much to do around the hotel, and it’s about a 20-minute walk to Gallarate center, where there are more bars and restaurants.

There’s a restaurant on site, and the food was nice, though not exceptional. Breakfast was good, varied and generous. The hotel is conveniently located near Turin airport (Caselle Torinese), with helpful, welcoming staff. The grounds are very well kept, with plenty of shaded outdoor parking. It’s relatively quiet, accessible for everyone and enjoyable overall. The clean, comfortable rooms are well kept, with efficient, well-maintained air conditioning and bathrooms with a bathtub and shower. Our room had three beds and wasn’t very spacious, but it was adequate for a few nights as an airport hotel. Considering the location, price and service, I wouldn’t mind returning. Recommended.

The pool out back was a highlight, it was big, very clean, and had lots of places to sit and relax. My family and I spent 10 days here for our vacation in Italy. The rooms were clean and a decent size, not big, but just right. Breakfast was served every day, tasted great, and offered a wide variety of food. The staff were a real highlight, so polite and fun to talk to. Massimo, Valeria, Marcella and Arianna were especially lovely. The service was on top of everything, they kept things clean and helped with anything we needed. Thank you so much for making us feel comfortable and for your hospitality. The Lo Grasso’s
