I had trouble sleeping because the hallway noise came straight through the walls. I could hear people talking, doors banging, and footsteps from nearby rooms. The location was another problem: the hotel is far from Milan's center, transport choices are limited, and the surrounding area isn't easy to get around on foot. My room wasn't properly cleaned, there were hardly any sheets and towels, and the bathroom shower was covered in mildew. Cigarette odor filled the room even though I'd asked for a non-smoking one. It was obvious someone had smoked there before, and nothing was done to fix it. When I raised these issues, the staff seemed indifferent and offered neither an apology nor a solution. This was one of my worst hotel stays. I wouldn't recommend it, and management needs to address these problems.

The receptionist was kind, and we had no problems during our one-night stay. We got the code and everything worked as it should. For parking, you first have to go through the facility and come out the other side, following the signs, then press a button to open the gate. The rooms don't have AC.

The access code made getting into both the hotel and our room easy. The place was clean, the staff were really kind and helpful, and it was good value for money. I'd recommend it! 👍🏼
