The location is excellent, right on the beach, and we were welcomed well. After that, though, we were disappointed and expected better. The sheets and pillows smelled bad, and there was also a sweat smell in the rooms. Breakfast felt like a do-it-yourself setup, with very little choice. When we left in the morning, I had to tell the girl about several things we hadn't found. If we'd found them, I would have spoken to her instead of posting this. The outside was poor too. Be careful where you park: my car was left badly scratched, as if vandalized. I absolutely don't recommend it. Sorry to leave this review, but this was our experience. Never again.

The only downside was being on the mezzanine, so we had windows but no balcony. Otherwise, this was excellent value for money, just steps from the beach and a few hundred meters from the center. Our room was comfortable and very clean, with a refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, linens, towels, and a third extra bed. The en-suite bathroom had a window, toiletries, and a hairdryer. Guests can use the shared kitchen, which has an oven, refrigerator, and tables. Breakfast is self-service, with a coffee machine, capsules, biscuits, jams, and juices replenished daily. The young owners were friendly, attentive, and professional. Thank you, and see you soon.

Two weeks in fantastic Gallipoli flew by. The hosts, Valentina and Andrea, were friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Our room was spacious, the bathroom was new, and the shower was fantastic. The shared kitchen had all the utensils you need to cook any kind of dish, if you feel like it, as we did 🤣. The place is just steps from the sea and the promenade, perfect for walks. Cleanliness and helpfulness were highlights. Definitely one to keep in mind for the future.

The two owners were friendly and helpful, and the place was clean and tidy throughout. Our room and bathroom were impeccably clean. The kitchen had everything for cooking, and it was handy to have a small fridge in the room for drinks plus a larger one in the kitchen for fruit and groceries. Breakfast was well stocked, and the property is just steps from the sea. Everything was excellent.
