The panoramic terrace was a lovely spot for a delicious breakfast, with a beautiful sea view. Casa degli Artisti is only a few meters from the center of Gallipoli, and the whole place, along with its art, made it feel like a chance to refresh the senses. Giorgio and Cristina were welcoming and helpful, recommending the best places to visit and eat. Their kindness made us feel at home. We truly enjoyed our stay at this B&B and would gladly repeat it.

This was an alternative kind of vacation, staying at an artist residence filled with artworks. Between Giorgio De Cesario’s pieces and the surprising architectural structures, it felt like the spirit could recharge. A relaxing place, full of art.

Calling Casa degli Artisti a bed and breakfast doesn’t really do it justice. I was lucky enough to see it come into being, and it’s a charming, carefully maintained place that keeps evolving. Each time I visit, I find new touches where art and good taste come together. Giorgio and Cristina are delightful, welcoming hosts who make everyone feel at ease in their beautiful home devoted to hospitality and art. Being there really feels like stepping inside a work of art, which is hard to put into words.

The owners gave us such a lovely welcome. This place feels like a contemporary art gallery, and I’d recommend it to people who appreciate that kind of setting and will treat it with respect.
