The staff were amazing, always ready with advice and help about beaches, rentals, healthcare, restaurants, and more. I’d give that crew 10 stars. Citta Bella was very good value for money. There was some street noise, as you’d expect at a city hotel, but we were all fine with it. The room was at a three-star level, with good beds and a good standard of cleaning. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

A great hotel in a good location. Valentina was a real highlight of our trip. She went above and beyond to help us every day. Thank you so much for the kindness and hospitality!

Construction noise woke me at 6 am. I asked to move rooms, but there wasn’t another one free. I then requested my money back for the second night and they refused. I lost 60 euro, and the property never replied to me.

The location is excellent, on the main street in the newer part of Gallipoli, with shops, bars, restaurants, and other conveniences. The historic center is less than a 10-minute walk away, and parking was fairly easy to find in the narrow streets around the hotel. Our quadruple room had plenty of space, two separate areas, and a roomy bathroom. It was clean, though it could do with some updating. Breakfast had both sweet and savory options and was good, but a wider selection might help.

The staff deserve special mention, from reception to the room team. They were kind, attentive, and so helpful that I felt at home, almost like part of the family. The hotel was tidy and very clean, and breakfast was generous and high quality, served on a beautiful terrace. I had a genuinely pleasant stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.
