The agency staff were helpful and ready to meet our needs, and the air conditioning in every room worked. That was about all that went well. The apartment is much too small for 9-10 people, and the shower is moldy, with doors that won't close. The oven wouldn't turn on, and neither would the ancient TV. All the windows face the street, so we had to lower the blinds for privacy. When we opened the furniture, the coffee maker was still dirty with coffee, and there were bottles left in the fridge by previous guests. There was also a fluorescent light with a burned-out bulb, and the sheets were torn. The photos are misleading, almost all appear to be Photoshopped. For the money, the value is terrible, to say the least.
