A real little treasure. That's all.

The view was great, the location handy, and the staff were kind and helpful. Our room also had plenty of space and seemed clean, though the bedcover had visible stains. The decor has a maritime look that works, but could use an update. I found the toilet seat uncomfortable and odd, and with no bathroom hooks there was nowhere to hang towels. The shower was small, too. Access was a hassle: you had to download an app to unlock the door, and it failed twice during our two-night stay. The app login had already expired before checkout time.

The view was fantastic and the hotel is close to the old city. Everything else was perfect, though breakfast could have offered more choices.

There are excellent views from this classic, old-fashioned hotel, just metres from the Old Town. The rooms are very spacious and include a kitchenette. I highly recommend it. Reception gets a 9 from me, though the woman at breakfast was a bit unusual.
