After a long bike ride, we arrived at the hotel completely soaked, and the staff immediately made us feel looked after. They were so kind, helpful, and supportive. Our room was cozy, attractive, clean, and well kept, just what we needed after a tiring day. Breakfast the next morning was excellent, with lots of fresh, tasty choices. We also thought the price was great for the comfort and service. We'd happily stay again and recommend it.

The people working here were the best part for me, so kind, professional, and patient with all my questions. They made sure I had a great stay. Popula is right in the heart of the city, with everything close by, and the rooms are stylish, spotless, and very comfortable. Don't miss the beach club at sunset, the shuttle takes you there and dinner was delicious. The cafe downstairs is also great for breakfast or a bite later in the day. I can't recommend it enough, and I'll be back.

We booked at 22:30 at short notice after a cockroach invasion at our AirBnB. Almost straight away we got a WhatsApp with the latest check-in times. The receptionist was lovely, showed us to our clean, comfortable room, and explained breakfast, which we hadn't realized was included. The room had everything you'd need for a longer stay, the shower was great, and the spacious balcony was comfortable. Breakfast was amazing too. It's a 600 m walk to the bridge into old town Gallipoli. We wished we'd stayed here for our whole visit.

Modern throughout, with sparkling clean rooms and a friendly, great staff. The hotel sits above a super coffee, bread, and cafeteria spot, and it's only two blocks from the train station. A great place in Gallipoli.

The room app controls the windows and lights, and there’s WhatsApp messaging too. Staff sent messages in the morning and evening, and Costanza was incredibly pleasant from before we arrived until after we left, even checking that we'd made it to the train station okay. Really impressive service. This new, modern hotel is chic and cool, with a private beach where sommeliers are there around sunset. There are also private beaches, a supermarket within walking distance, a clean, quiet street, a downtown bar, and some really pleasant girls. It’s near the Old Centro Storico Town. The only downsides for me were the very tiny, though modern, shower, where you have to squeeze in and out and dry off outside, and no milk. Francesco and Mario at the beach were very friendly and knowledgeable. Mirko was the driver, and I’d hire him myself.
