We'd definitely return to Villa Carola in the Gallipoli area. The place was so peaceful, and the atmosphere, service and cleanliness were all just right. The food was exceptional too. It was worth the stay, and I'd recommend it to anyone.

We liked the place so much that we extended our stay. The pool has a fantastic view, and my 4y daughter loved it. The breakfast is very typical, with lots of little details that make a difference. Everyone welcomed us with such kindness and care, especially Chiara, who was fantastic. The whole place is well kept. I'd definitely recommend it!

The garden and pool are fantastic, and breakfast is extraordinary. This is a very well-kept B&B with the feel of a private villa. Service was spot on, with attentive help and useful tips on what to do and see. If you're cycling, keep an eye out for free-running dogs in the neighborhood, three of them nearly caught us. Getting downtown is manageable by car or bike.

The staff were fantastic, the pool was great, and breakfast was really good, all homemade. The villa is beautiful and in a quiet area. Our first room wasn't very nice, but we managed to upgrade to a villa for a small extra cost, and it was fantastic: brand new, huge, very clean and comfortable.

Villa Carola was the highlight of our trip to Puglia. We loved the authentic interior and gorgeous garden, and spent time relaxing by the infinity pool and watching the beautiful sunset. Breakfast was amazing too, with lots of local dishes and sweets, great coffee, and even detox water with lemon and mint. The people there made the stay, especially Alice and Gabriel, who were so kind and attentive. Gracie mille to everyone at Villa Carola!
