The large garden makes this a good fit for families with children or pets, and the agency staff were polite, friendly, and very helpful. The villa itself was in pretty shabby shape, though. It was dirty when we arrived, including a huge cockroach-like creature in the bathroom, and the furnishings, especially outside, were quite worn. There’s no air conditioning or mosquito nets. The large bathroom has no direct way outside, while the small, ventilated one has windows that won’t close. And so on.
