We were told they would prepare an invoice for our accounting, but at checkout they suddenly didn't know how to issue it. They said they'd email it later, and since then we've had no reply by phone, WhatsApp, or email. Once they've taken your money, it feels like you stop existing to them. They even try to persuade you to pay cash, apparently to make more profit from you. With that attitude, it's no surprise to me that they have plenty of empty rooms even in peak season. The property is advertised for sale on real estate sites for 2 million, so it looks as if the owners are just keeping it going somehow until they can sell.

We had a simple, very good breakfast served by the welcoming owners. The rooms were clean and nicely equipped, with air conditioning, and there was a small pool too. The place is set among olive trees and vines, and it's well positioned for visiting nearby sights.

We booked two nights and ended up adding a third. The rooms are roomy and clean, and the setting is just right. We especially loved unwinding by the pool among the olive trees. Dinner was so good on both nights we ate there, simple, tasty food served with no fuss. A really special spot, run by such kind people. Highly recommend it.

The hosts were so kind and helpful, and the food was great. It felt like we got a real taste of Sardegna here. Beaches and trekking routes are nearby, making it a lovely place for a holiday. We’ll be back!

Breakfast was a real treat, and we felt like guests in someone's home. It's a lovely, simple place, close to a beautiful beach town. Make time for the homemade dinner and enjoy the lovely wine too.
