Borgo della Meliana

For a break from city life, Borgo della Meliana is a great place to settle in and take in the Tuscan scenery. You can hear birds in the early morning and enjoy gorgeous sunsets. The setting is beautiful in any season, especially in late summer and autumn. The houses are spacious, clean and well equipped, with a charming Italian style, and the outdoor gardens and pools are kept clean too. The hosts and team are welcoming and attentive. It's also well placed for visiting iconic cities and places, soaking up the atmosphere and experiencing the local culture.

Our wedding day and ceremony at Borgo della Meliana went perfectly. The rooms, views and facilities were all amazing, and our guests had a wonderful time. We’d strongly recommend it for an event like this. Yaye, who manages the place, made planning and carrying everything out so easy and helped us with every part of it. Giulio, the owner, was also wonderful and committed to helping us have the best experience in Tuscany.

We’ve stayed at Borgo della Meliana twice, first in March while checking out wedding venues, and then in late September when we rented both villas for our wedding with over 100 people. The grounds are gorgeous, and the staff were amazing, especially Ms. Yaye. Our guests are still talking about what a fun week it was. Yaye went above and beyond arranging a wine tour, taxis, apartment changes and more. It’s a beautiful place to share time with loved ones and get a true Tuscan experience.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and we loved the pool. But the views are what hit you first when you arrive at Borgo della Meliana, and they follow you everywhere, from the pool and bedroom window to the top of the hill. Yaye greeted us with the biggest smile and seemed ready to go to the moon and back to make sure we were comfortable. We had our wedding here and would give it six stars out of five. An ideal spot for hosting an event!
