The grounds were clean and well cared for, and the rooms were spacious and well equipped. The location is very quiet, yet the nearest large, beautiful town is only a 15-minute drive away. We didn't get to use the lovely pool because it was too cold, though the view there is fantastic. Children are clearly welcome, and Andrea and Alberto enjoy joking with them. It was my first visit to Tuscany, and from the moment we arrived we felt warmly welcomed. All four hosts made an effort to make us feel at home, answered our questions right away, and made us feel appreciated. We booked the beautiful hotel online through a provider. The food and service were excellent. There’s a tasty snack available each day from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., which was especially handy for the children to tide them over until dinner. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, the owners cook regional specialties for the guests. The selection was good and the meal sensational. The two gentlemen clearly know what they’re doing, and the dining room is beautiful and thoughtfully designed. Great atmosphere, lovely people, and a very nice place. We'd love to return.

The shower could use a small update, but aside from that, we had a wonderful stay. The food was good, and the atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, with absolutely stunning views. The sisters and their husbands who run the place were kind, friendly, and very accommodating. It’s a perfect place to stay in Volterra, Tuscany. If we return to Tuscany, I’d love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Andrea and his family made us feel so welcome at this beautiful hotel. The rooms were spacious and very clean, and we loved the breathtaking views, pool, and delicious food. It was the perfect base for a couple of nights while we finished preparing for our wedding.

You’ll ideally want your own car here, since it’s about a 20-minute drive outside Volterra and public transport is limited. There’s free parking on site. The breakfast was delicious, the room was spacious and super clean, and the staff were lovely. The hotel and scenery are spectacular, and I’d absolutely stay again.
