We spent two days at this Agriturismo in the Lucanian Dolomites, just a couple of minutes from Castelmezzano. It’s a beautiful setting, and after the heat we found it wonderfully relaxing. The food was sublime, especially the delicious first courses and distinctive second courses. Breakfast was carefully prepared and delicious too. Peppino’s expert cooking was matched by his friendly, welcoming manner, attention to every detail, and quick service. We definitely recommend it.

Our 7-year-old daughter loved taking horseback riding lessons at their stables. We also had a wonderful stay at this Agriturismo, with a clean, beautiful, welcoming apartment and a fantastic infinity pool looking out across the Tuscan hills. The place was peaceful, and Alice and her mother served us excellent homemade cakes at breakfast, always with a smile. It’s also well placed for visiting lots of villages in the Tuscan hinterland. We highly recommend it and hope to return soon.

The bathroom could use towel racks and a soap dish in the shower. Apart from that, the room was clean and comfortable, and the rooms themselves are lovely. Breakfast and dinner were both good. This is a beautiful agriturismo in the heart of Basilicata, well located for visits to Castelmezzano and Pietrapertosa.
