The breakfast, made with products from the farm, was amazing, and everything else was excellent too: cleanliness, warm hospitality, and a large, functional room with all the essentials. The natural setting is lovely, yet Gangi is only three minutes away. We stayed at Angela and Salvatore’s Agriturismo San Pietro for a day at the end of May while exploring central Sicily and wonderful Gangi. If the rating went past five, this place would earn it. A great base for visiting one of Italy’s most beautiful villages and meeting Sicily’s wonderful, authentic people.

With beautiful countryside all around, this is one of the most welcoming places I’ve stayed. The lovely couple who run it are a wonderful example of Sicilian charm and friendliness. Breakfast and dinner were hearty, delicious, and authentic.

The area is beautiful and so quiet, and the rooms are clean and very well equipped. Salvadore and Angela are wonderful hosts. Make sure to eat there if you visit, the food they make is amazing and delicious. Can’t recommend this place enough!

For three days, my family and I forgot our usual routine and enjoyed the simple village life here. The cottage is surrounded by farmland, with mud floors and birds chirping all day. My son had a great time exploring rural life, seeing a cow being milked and goats, and picking pomegranates. We loved every minute. Salvatore, who established this agritourism, is a wonderful person. Thanks to all of you.

Salvatore and Teresa treated us like family, and we felt completely at home. They also shared useful, interesting information about the area and Sicily. You can have lunch or dinner with them for an extra fee. Teresa’s cooking was the best food I had during my whole three-week trip. It was simple, traditional, and expertly made, and I’m still craving it. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would!
