We hope to come back. The staff worked hard and were attentive, and the hotel was lovely in every way. We ate there daily: the food was delicious, service quick, and the menu had loads of choice. Guests get 10% off. You can dine right by the water in good weather, or indoors when the evenings are chilly early in the season. The spot is right on the waterfront at the edge of town, so it felt peaceful. We walked to Bardolino, took a boat to Sirmione, and caught a bus to Verona. Rooms have been refurbished and had good heating and air conditioning, plus a fridge, kettle, and excellent shower. If you can, get a lake view with balcony, as it didn't cost much extra. Breakfast was included with a good range of meats, cheese, eggs, tomato, toast, pastries, homemade cakes, fruit, yogurt, croissants, juice, cereal, and good tea and coffee. The hotel is planning complimentary airport transfers on its own coach from summer 2025. Lovely people, great food and service, and worth every penny.

Breakfast came with the room and had fresh vegetables and fruit, hot croissants, and other options. We had a lovely stay in an air-conditioned room with a balcony looking over the lake, right across from it. Parking took a bit of a walk, but you can unload your bags first and use the designated parking area. Thank you!

The lake view was lovely, and a few people behind the bar were nice. Breakfast was basic but fine. The hotel offered us a 10% restaurant discount, though it also adds a two-euro-per-person cover charge. That's their choice, but places a few doors away waive it and serve better food with much better service. We'd been travelling through Croatia, Slovenia, and Italy for two weeks, changing hotels every few nights. This was probably the worst one, and among the most expensive. The room felt ugly and mediocre, with no kettle or tea and coffee, a safe that didn't work, and rolling shutters that let in loads of light very early.
