Hotel Roma

We stayed for a week and wished we could have stayed longer. It’s a lovely little hotel, with very friendly, pleasant staff. Thanks to Natasha and the gents at reception, and Rey and Ali in the restaurant. We ate well every time, and the cocktails were great, especially the Blu Notte. The gelato and desserts were amazing too.

This was our second visit, and we’ll certainly be back. The balcony view across the lake is amazing, and every staff member, whatever their role, helped make our stay fantastic. They were so friendly and keen to make the experience special, and they did. I honestly can’t think of a thing to fault. Thanks to everyone. Marise & Vernon.

The rooms are simple, but the ones at the front have lovely lake views and the air conditioning works well. Breakfast is a good buffet, and the restaurant has a decent selection of food and drinks at reasonable prices. The hotel can also arrange efficient transfers to Verona airport. I’ve stayed here many times over the past thirty years and haven’t been disappointed. It’s good value, and all the staff are welcoming and friendly.

The breakfast had plenty of tasty choices, from meat, cheese, fruit and vegetables to sweets. The restaurant serves dinner and drinks throughout the day, too. Reception was kind and helpful, and the rooms were spacious, bright and superbly clean, with wonderfully fresh, comfortable beds. I’d book a lake-view room for the terrace alone. In my opinion, the hotel could be four-star if it had a pool, but with the lake right there, who cares? Strongly recommend.
