The lake view is breathtaking, and all the staff are very friendly. The pool was clean, though there were only a few small parasols. The restaurant food was good and not too expensive, but the chairs were horrible. Breakfast was included and basic, with bread, yoghurt and coffee, which was fine. The room itself felt plain, and the bed was hard as a rock, maybe the mountain grew inside ^_^. The booking said there’d be a private refrigerator, but it was shared with four other rooms. It’s a decent, basic B&B in a spot higher up on the mountain.

The winding drive up is worth it for the restaurant’s pleasant verandah and its great lake views, even though the place doesn’t look like much as you approach. We had lunch with the family. The pizza was tasty and plentiful, and one child’s pizza could have fed two children. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and I’d go back.

I was travelling alone and had a single room with what I needed. It wasn’t fancy, but I only needed somewhere to sleep, so it suited me well. The pool was nice, and my car was secured behind a gate, which made me feel safe. The hotel is up in the mountains. I took the main road down, even though my GPS suggested another way, because the other roads down are really small. I loved the romantic feel and the view from the restaurant, where I had a great pizza and breakfast. The staff were lovely, and they packed me a breakfast bag for the airport since I had to leave early.
