We found the hotel to be very good value for money for a holiday in Gardone Riviera. The rooms were spotlessly clean and recently renovated, and the staff were kind and helpful. It's also very well placed, just a few minutes' walk from free parking. The hotel offers special discounts at a lovely local restaurant with a terrace by the lake.

The first-floor terrace has comfortable sunbeds, and the pool is nice, though it falls into shade too early in the afternoon. The location is good, just around the corner from the center of Gardone Riviera and the lake. After 22 o'clock you need a code to open the building's door, but we struggled because it takes a really hard pull. They should repair it.

We got great service, and they were very friendly and loved my doggie. The hotel was quiet and clean, with everything very close by.

Garda is beautiful, but the service was terrible. The terrace bar was always closed, the room smelled damp from the bathroom, and the air-conditioning was impossible to control.

The location was good, but the food was below standard and there weren't any activities.
