B&B Antico Brolo

We stumbled across Osteria Antico with no recommendation, and it turned out to be one of the best meals we've had. The room is plain and unfussy, but the food feels like something your nonna would make. We shared three pasta dishes to start. Every one was fantastic, with pasta so soft it seemed to melt in our mouths. It was among the best we've tried in Italy, even compared with top restaurants around Lake Garda and elsewhere in the country. The pork cheek for the main course was so tender we didn't need a knife, and the crème brûlée was a hit too. The prices were surprisingly low for food this good, so the value is great.

We had one of our most enjoyable family nights here on 23rd April 2024. The atmosphere was gorgeous, and the food was beautifully presented. The customers and staff were friendly, and the fresh beef tartare was irresistible. We opened a bottle of white wine. I hadn't expected it to be a 2020 Michelin recommended restaurant before our visit. Thanks to my son and family for everything.

We had a wonderful dinner and were given a lovely balcony table despite arriving without a reservation. The food was all fresh and tasty, and the staff were very kind. You can choose between a tasting menu and à la carte. We had a lovely time.

The homemade breads, truffle pasta, and truffle guinea hen made for an amazing meal. The truffles were zested beautifully and cut in a way that looked stunning. The Michelin star-rated place also has an incredible ambiance. We're grateful to everyone who greeted us with a smile. We had such a good time and are already looking forward to coming back to Osteria Antico Brolo!
