Eden Reserve Hotel *****l

We only got to stay one night, and I wish it had been longer. The staff struck a lovely balance of professionalism, attentiveness, and warmth. Bruno, the manager, was especially kind and gracious. The natural surroundings are breathtaking and make for a peaceful escape. In the morning, you hear birds and a rooster in the distance. The facilities were pristine, and both lunch and breakfast were outstanding. From arrival, we felt genuinely welcome, and the hotel has a luxurious, comfortable feel with thoughtful details throughout. We loved our time here and can't wait to return.

Bruno and Thomas from the concierge team were especially welcoming and a real credit to the hotel. We stayed in a fantastic suite, with quiet, bright, spacious rooms. The pool and spa were peaceful and just right for our stay.

Our kids were treated so kindly, and the staff made everything feel easy from the moment we parked until we left. They had car seats, floaties, and coloring books at dinner, and were so accommodating and lovely. Eden isn't really a kid-focused resort, but our family of four still had a stress-free vacation here. We had a wonderful time, can't recommend it enough, and are dreaming of going back!

The view was beautiful, and the service was excellent. The rooms were clean and lovely, and the staff were professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this hotel and will be back.
