We chose this place for our honeymoon, and it was impeccable in every way. The villa's architecture and style, the breathtaking views over Lake Garda, the attentive service, and the delicious food and wine all made it an absolute paradise. Thank you so much. Unforgettable!

We celebrated my wife's birthday here, and the staff made it truly special. The cake was the best I've ever had, and the food and wine on the terrace made for an unforgettable meal. We had an amazing stay at Villa Sostaga, with elegant, comfortable rooms and breathtaking views across Lake Garda. The staff went above and beyond. Highly recommended!

We came for my friend's three-day 30th birthday celebration, and everything was top notch. The party dinner was so thoughtfully planned, and the service was extraordinary. The cake was perfectly sweet, I have no words. Thanks so much for the experience! Relaxing by the pool was lovely, too. We ordered coffee for my mom to enjoy with the lake view. They said it was single-use by the pool, but brought it in china anyway, which was so sweet. The food was great, and my toddler loved the pasta and even the leftovers the next day.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel, and it certainly doesn't deserve five stars. On my first night I was put in a Lakeview room in the outbuilding, where I could hear a rat scurrying in the passages above me. I then found mouse droppings in my bed. They moved me to the main house, but when I returned later, the room reeked of sewage. Staff blamed a shower stopper and dismissed my concerns without taking meaningful action or offering a solution. When we tried to open the windows, we saw huge hornet nests. The owner asked what we expected them to do because they were in the country. Maybe get rid of the nests? 🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ The owner was extremely rude and disrespectful. That left me with a terrible impression of both the property and management's hospitality. It's a shame, because the young waiters were kind and attentive, and the chef and kitchen team served excellent food. That was the only redeeming part of my stay. A five-star hotel should provide comfort, cleanliness, and professional service, and this property failed on almost every level. I won't be back.
